• Led cross-departmental efforts with Art, Tech, Design, and Narrative to define scope,
priorities, and organization of UI features, ensuring the team had clear direction in their
work across several milestones
• Managed & tracked Jira tasks across 18 remote artists in multiple time zones on Character,
Environment, Lighting, VFX, and UI teams, giving leadership clarity on where time was
being spent
• Interfaced with external developer to ensure they were properly integrated into our work
processes & they had clarity of vision, resulting in quick turnarounds in background assets
• Managed the creation of a new internal CRM system, defining & tracking tasks across
seven frontend programmers working at an external developer India, resulting in a more
streamlined & user-friendly feature
• Created new Confluence space for the team, compiling information from multiple different
spaces & writing new documentation, greatly improving the team’s understanding of
various complex features
• Closely collaborated with Design Lead to develop a style guide for developers &
stakeholders to refer to, resulting in much more consistent implementation of components
& making it faster to review frontend work

• Tracked team progress toward biweekly milestones & mitigated risks by implementing
contingencies and/or cutting features as appropriate, reducing crunch & amount of rework
• Developed, implemented, managed, and iterated production pipelines between artists,
programmers, and level designers, leading to smooth collaboration across departments
