Project manager, student mentor, blog writer.
As a producer, I don’t just want to be a great project manager. I want to help my studio create amazing works of art that inspire players for years to come, and that involves more than just task tracking. I want to make a difference for my teammates by advocating for their needs & dreams, by helping them access whatever they need to get their work done on time, and protecting them from unrealistic expectations. I want to make a difference for my leads & stakeholders by keeping the project within scope & budget, informing them of all relevant updates, and helping my team deliver high quality work on time. I want to do great work, and make great work possible for others.
On all of my projects, I’ve demonstrated diligence, adaptability, and proactivity—raising issues before they made themselves apparent, filling in different roles on the team as needed, and making sure our Single Source of Truth was always organized. While most of my experience is in working with art teams, I also have experience working with other disciplines (and in other industries as well!), and am excited to learn more about how other teams work.
