Jazz Man was created by a group of volunteers, with up to 80 people contributing their talents over the course of ten months at 251 Productions.

During my time on the project, I managed the Storyboard & Animation teams, tracking the work of roughly twelve animators over five months. I coordinated their work to ensure smooth handoffs from one team to another. My main priority, however, was moving our project tracker from Google Sheets to Tables, a free beta product from Alpha that gave leadership visibility of the entire pipeline & what stage each shot & scene were in. With Google Tables, it became much easier to see whether a scene was on track, and as a result, we were able to successfully finish our Kickstarter teaser in time for our campaign launch.

My contributions:

• Track animation shots progress throughout pipeline, from script to final edit, creating a project tracker in Google Tables to better follow progress

• Manage storyboard and animation teams comprised of student and volunteer animators, informing project leads of updates or delays and updating schedule with new developments

• Maintain organized Google Drive with all project submissions, documentation, and resources, establishing naming conventions and reorganizing Drive to ensure easy navigation
